STEP SIX Flip pattern over, line up left side with the notch marks and then trace the right side.

STEP SEVEN
You will now have a piece of CORPLAS which should have your markings on it so it looks like this.

STEP EIGHT

Repeat this tracing process 16 more times and then cut off the grey areas using a jigsaw with a fine toothed blade.

STEP NINE
You will then have 17 pieces that look like this. Put aside and begin work on the desktops.

STEP TEN
Take one of the remaining 2’ x 4’ sheets and ...starting from the left... mark lines at 15”, 18’, 24”, 39”, and 41” so the result looks like the diagram at right. Cut with your jigsaw where indicated.

STEP ELEVEN
You’ll now have the pieces for making two desks. 2 pieces 24” x 18”...and two pieces 18” x 6 “

STEP TWELVE
Repeat step 10 until you have 17 of each of these two pieces.

There's one last little piece to make. From any scraps of plastic sheeting you have left over, cut 34 strips 1.5" x 6" and set aside for now. You'll be using them for an optional finishing touch later.
